Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time and for any reason. We have made the Cancellation Policy as straightforward as we can. If there's anything you're unsure of please don't hesitate to contact us.

We will charge your credit card with a biannual fee (i.e. twice yearly) to maintain your subscription. Unless you choose an annual gift package, in which case we will process a single upfront charge.

If you choose the standard or special introductory offer other than the annual gift package, we will continue to charge your credit card on a biannual basis until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription with us by notice in writing (Time Out, GPO Box 1282, Sydney NSW 2001), by email (timeout@subscribenow.com.au) or by calling 02 8296 5457. You can do this at any time and for any reason without incurring a cancellation fee.

Please note we do not refund once the charge is processed. However, we guarantee that upon cancelling your subscription no further fees will be charged.
